Had a nice big two-bed room that was clean and pleasant. The staff were especially helpful and friendly. Conveniently located next to a Waffle House and McDonald’s, which was great for meals on the go. The hotel was surprisingly quiet and just off the Briley Parkway, making access to attractions easy.
A few amenities were somewhat limited.

proximity to conference center, easy access to interstate, nearby Waffle House
The floors were filthy upon arrival!!! Trash scattered everywhere made me question cleanliness. The room décor left much to be desired, likely not matching online photos. Generally, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming!!!

the check-in was rushed like I was an inconvenience. My room smelled like someone had been smoking a pack a day. how charming. I almost thought I’d receive a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but alas, that was just a daydream. I guess I have to settle for this soulless experience. never again.

Unexpected challenges during the stay
The friendly staff greeted us every time, and the coffee and snack options were a handy surprise for early mornings. Rooms were clean, which was a relief.
However, the location felt sketchy with poorly lit hallways and the lingering smell of smoke in the non-smoking rooms. It left us feeling uneasy during our visit.

I stayed in a clean, updated Queen Room Smoking for one night. The location was super convenient, right off the Briley Parkway. The pool, though not large, was tidy and perfect for a quick dip. I appreciated the easy access to the interstate. A pleasant surprise for my emergency trip! 😊

We had a decent stay with our four kids. The availability of cable programming kept them entertained, and the location was close to several fun attractions. The kids loved spending time at nearby amenities, and the family-friendly atmosphere made our trip enjoyable.
My wife says that the area felt uncomfortable and could use enhanced safety measures.

The rooms were surprisingly clean, and I loved the comfy beds which made for a restful night. The pool was a great spot to chill, and I enjoyed the morning coffee despite the limited breakfast options. Just a heads up, the hallway lighting could use some work, but overall, it was a nice stay! 😊

A Wonderful Family Escape!
Enjoyed a comfortable stay with my kids. The staff were friendly and accommodating, although the pet fees surprised us. Unlike other places we've visited, the quiet environment allowed us to relax after our adventures in the city. Bring your own food as options onsite are limited!

The updated, clean rooms provided a pleasant surprise, perfect for a short stay. However, the surrounding area felt unsafe, with disruptive guests making it hard to relax. I appreciated the simple yet clean pool, which was a nice touch for unwinding. The staff's friendliness was a positive aspect, although it didn't fully compensate for the unsettling atmosphere we experienced.

Friendly staff gave us a local scoop and the pool was a refreshing dip after exploring. Even a quick breakfast area was available, though it felt a bit cramped.
The neighborhood didn’t feel super safe at night, making me hesitant to step out alone.
